Brief Answer:
It is due to oesophagitis and not due to gallstone

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

This all appears to be due to sever oesophagitis only and not due to gallstone because there will be no blood in vomitus with gallstone. So your docs are treating in right manner.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
