Brief Answer:
Could be due to Enlarged Prostate .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have hematuria.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any voiding urinary symptoms like frequency for urination urgency, nocturnal frequency etc?
2) Are you taking any blood thinner like aspirin?

The hematuria that you have could be mostly due to Enlarged Prostate which is common after the age of 60 years.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Serum PSA.
3) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis with specific refference to post void urine residue
4) Endoscopic Examination of bladder (Cystoscopy)

Further treatment will depend upon results of these test and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

b)Quinapril - 5mg
c)Zarator - 80mg
d)Asprin - 100mg
e)Omeprazole - 40mg
f)Allopurinol - 600mg
g)Furosemide - 40mg

I have been taking the Voltaren Rapid 25 for +/- three weeks for an injury to my
left hand - a orthopaedic surgeon is going to remove the trapezium bone.

Also I today perhaps endured some strenuous exercise.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to Aspirin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and feedback.

Hematuria could be due to side effect of Aspirin .It is not due to Voltaren 25.

However I would still insist you to get evaluated by a qualified Urologist to rule out Enlarged Prostate .

Thanks and Regards,
Dr.Patil.
