Question: I have had symptoms of fever for a couple of days and now experienced small amount of blood in the urine with a small amount of bladder pain. What could this be?

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
From your history this looks like a case of urinary tract infection. If a patient comes to me with such symptoms, I would suggest a routine examination and culture of urine to find the organism. Also a course of antibiotics with levofloxacin and urine alkaliser syrup would be advised. Maintaining genital cleanliness and drinking lots of oral fluid is important.
Also as per your age, you should get your PSA or prostate specific antigen checked.
