Brief Answer:
Blood in stool is not normal and should be further investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Blood in stool or bleeding during defecation could be due to piles or fissures or fistula or bleeding from distal/terminal portion of GUT means from large intestine to anus or rarely any growth in rectum.

But it must be evaluated further by stool tests, digital rectal examination and other relevant investigations.

Without clinical examination,it is very difficult to comment regarding any underlying problem.

So,first your daughter needs to be examined around anus and per rectum by a doctor (preferably a general surgeon) to rule out above possibilities.

Also,let me know

If she is having any pain or burning during defecation?
Or is she having hard stool or constipation recently?
Was she taking any medications?

Kindly get back to me with these answers,I will be happy to help you.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Go for digital examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing report.

I have seen the attached ultrasound report and which is completely within normal limits.

Generally, ultrasound does not give much clue to find out the underlying cause of rectal bleeding.

Your daughter needs to be examined around anus and per rectum by a doctor (preferably a general surgeon) to rule out above possibilities as i already discussed.

Also, answer my all the questions if possible which I asked earlier.

Eyes spreading from front side and headache could be due to dehydration for which you can give plenty of water with fruit juices and over the counter pain killers (half dose than adult if her weight is more than 18-20 kg).

However, if you can share the picture of your daughter to have a single look at her eyes for better judgement.

Kindly get back to me with more information.

Regards,
