Question: i have bloating and pain in lower abdomen, bleeding in stool, appears black and tarry stools, vomit whenever i eat, i feel weak and fatigue, i have nausea

Hello, this whole symptomology is suggestive of gastric ulcer and is serious because it is bleeding so much so that tarry stools have started.
You urgently need to visit a gastroenterologist for endoscopic analysis of gastric mucosa at the earliest.
Till then keep taking bland diet with no oil, red pepper in it.
Also take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day empty stomach.

Gastric ulcers are common but they get treated by simple drugs and dietary modifications.
But bleeding gastric ulcers are not good for health and the bleeding in your case is large because small bleeding only comes in vomiting but in your case as you are having tarry stools which is suggestive of loss of so much bleeding from ulcer that it is coming out via stools.
Don't delay your visit and fix an appointment as early as possible.
