Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your question noted your complaint of bleeding from gums when you brush your teeth as well as taking consideration of your age that is 18 years, Male..

The most common cause for bleeding from gums while brushing is due to infection in gums that can lead to inflammation of gums known as Gingivitis..

There can be accumulation of plaque and tartar deposits over your teeth due to improper brushing or poor oral hygiene leading to infection and inflammation of gums..

As inflamed tissue bleeds easily on slight stimulation, when your brush your teeth the brush touches your gums and cause bleeding..

Kindly answer the following question so that I can guide you better towards treatment..
1.Can you observe redness or swelling in gums?
2.Is there any pain and sensitivity also present?
3.Do you take any medications?
4.Do you have any smoking or tobacco chewing habit?

Kindly answer the following questions..

Hope this information helps..

Hi..
Welcome Again..

Thanks for the reply..

As per your response to my questions it seems that you have gum infection and inflammation known as Gingivitis..

You need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated in person ..
He can do Scaling of teeth and Polishing followed by a course of antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory painkiller..
Topical application of gum paint and antimicrobial mouthwash gargles can be advised..
Do warm saline gargles..

Ask the dentist to demonstrate you a proper brushing technique..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene..

Any further questions are welcome..

Thanks and regards.
