What Causes Bleeding After Beige Pill Intake With Missing Periods?
Question: Hi! How are you?
I am using Levlen ED birth control pills, and have been since about November or December.
I have skipped my period a couple of times now, and on the last week of the beige tablets (third week in pack) I started to get very slight bleeding. So because I haven't had my period in the last two or so months, I decided to start taking the white tablets early.
I had unprotected sex a couple of times (to be honest!) with my boyfriend, the last time being a week and a half ago.
I am on my third white pill, and still only very slightly bleeding. Hardly any in fact. This is very uncommon for me, even while taking the Levlen ED pill for a while. Every time I take the inactive tablets, I have a full bleed happening by the time I take the second white one.
I would just like to know what is going on with my body, and should I get a pregnancy test?
Please help! ASAP.

You should have continued the pack without skipping 4 active pills, skipping active pills will only make the spotting more irregular.

Once you finish the white tablets, even if you do not have a full blown period by then, start the next pack on time, and do not skip any pills.
