Brief Answer:
Irritable bowel syndrome/GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You have features of GERD and Irritable bowel syndrome. I have already given you advice about GERD. I advised you to continue taking Nexium and to get an upper GI endoscopy done. I also advised you about certain lifestyle modifications.

In this present post, you have mentioned about ribbon like stools and lower abdominal cramping. The colonoscopy is also normal.

This could be probably be due to irritable bowel syndrome.

You will get relief by taking Librax twice a day and Metamucil 1 scoop in 250 ml of water every day.

You can discuss with your doctor about this.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
