What Causes Belching, Lower Abdominal Cramping, Constipation And Nausea?
Question: About a month ago I started having symptoms of gas and belching lower abdominal cramping and constipation with the little bit of nausea I've been to my doctor twice he suggested a high-fiber diet but that is not working I have had no blood in my stool's and I had a colonoscopy that came out great one year ago no polyps at all I am also not vomiting and he might poop comes out in ribbons in this kind of watery not the large hard deposits I used to have I am confused about what to do next

This could be probably be due to irritable bowel syndrome.
You will get relief by taking Librax twice a day and Metamucil 1 scoop in 250 ml of water every day.

Could the colonoscopy have missed something. I am terrified I may have some type of cancer.

Dr. thank you so much for your help I have another question. I had been going for about four months after quitting for 10 months. Could that have done damage to the lining of my stomach?

Could 4 months of heavy alcohol have damaged my stomach lining?
