In my opinion first send samples from pap smear and other swabs for culture and sensitivity. A complete urine examination including microscopy should be done to see if there are fungal forms present.
A terrible smell from vagina may be some infection but can also be cervicitis or even carcinoma in situ. Thus these tests along with a per vaginal examination are very important.
Do you have any other symptoms like pain in lower abdomen, fever, etc.
After sending these tests, you can try clotrimazole vaginal tablets to be inserted every night for 5 - 7 days.
Please see a gynecologist or your family physician to run the tests.
