Brief Answer:
Viral gastric infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

I suggest that you must monitor and document your temperature 4 times per day. Do you have any other symptoms? It could be early signs of a seasoned flu or a stomach virus. I suggest you to take adequate rest, pantaprazole 40 mg one hour before diner once a day. If feeling of nausea Pantop D will be more beneficial. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat healthy and protein rich balanced diet in small amount at frequent intervals. You can take multivitamins and calcium supplements. If you have any deterioration of symptoms then you must visit a physician for proper evaluation and laboratory tests. If you feel you are having lymph nodes better to get it confirmed by a physician.
Viral gastroenteritis generally resolves without treatment within two or three days. Most people fully recover, with no lasting side effects.

Take care

I have a bp of 136/104 also, forgot to mention. I will montior my temp. So, this has nothing to do with getting off of Zofran ? being confused at times..not wanting to eat...etc,.

Brief Answer:
Cardiovascular evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
I understand that now you are eating regularly. But your blood pressure is on the higher end. It must be evaluated. It could be the start of primary hypertension and it cannot be ignored.
