Brief Answer:
Proper proctsigmoidoscopic exam required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Even in benign looking symptoms related to the anus, malignancy should be ruled out. Local examination would be required to look for any hemorrhoids, fissures, fistula etc. Lymph nodes of the inguinal region should also be palpated to observe for associated lymphadenopathy. DRE ( Digital Rectal Exam ) , Anoscopy, proctosigmoidoscopic examination should be done. Stool for R/E and ova and parasite should also be advised to look for a possible cause. I would advise you to consult a proctologist in this regard.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
