Question: I have an intermittent internal vibration in my pelvic area. I've had it for 3 days and when I felt it for the first time I thought it was a vibration from my cell phone in my front left hand pocket.

Brief Answer:
May be vascular or bowel movemnets

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have read your question. Intermittent vibration can be of vascular origin, movements of bowel or some hernia.
Please describe the exact location of such symptoms.
1) whether it is one right side, middle or left side.
2) Is there any swelling in testicular area
3) any abdominal pain or cramps
4) any urinary complains
It doesn't seems to be of much concern. But with your advancing age you must visit a surgeon or physician for proper evaluation ,examination and investigations if required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further details,
I will be happy to answer.
Regards
Dr Neeraj Kumar
