What Causes Abdominal Pain, Blood Clots In Urine, Fever And Dizziness?
Question: i have blood clots in my urine and abdominal pain some times more like pressure 102 fever dizziness

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. You might be suffering from urinary tract infection or impacted renal Stone. You need an urgent urology review for passing blood clots as if blood is in large amount it may form clots or plugs inside bladder.
If small amounts of blood is present kindly proceed with urinalysis to rule out urinary tract infection and renal function tests and complete blood picture to rule out any derangement or supportive signs of infections or drop in hemoglobin.
Meanwhile drink large amounts of water and rake OTC analgesics like acetaminophen for fever and pains if any. Ulrltraound and Xray KUB will also be needed to look for any bladder stone or growth and cystoscopy may be planned later if urologist recommended so.
