Brief Answer:
Physical examination by a Doctor and Investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I would like to know the details please..
How do you know it is spleen ?
Is the feeling on the left upper part of the abdomen?
What are the other associated symptoms like any bowel or urinary problems, bloating, nausea, vomiting ?

What are the investigations done ?

I would advise you the following:::
We have to confirm what exactly is the problem. This is possible by an examination by a Doctor, investigations like of the blood, urine and stool and most important ultrasonography to start with.

Once the exact cause is found then only it is possible to give you the most appropriate treatment.

I hope this answer helps you to get the exact diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be instituted

Please feel free to give me more feedback and ask for more.... I will be happy to assist you more.
