Brief Answer:
Needs clinical examination and few investigations

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Welcome to HCM
I as can see, there is a small pea sized mass over collarbone, which is tender and hard.
It was accidentally discovered.

The mass could be a bone growth of clavicle, lymph node, enlarged gland, an abscess, etc.
The only way we can find out s by examination(palpatory, local inspection), study of associated complaints if any, investigations and finally be confirmed on biopsy.

I would want to know
1) was there a history of recent treat infection, tonsillitis, etc.
2) History of gastric infection, typhoid, etc.
3) any complaint of significant weight loss, sweating at night, extreme tiredness, loss of appetite.
4) Which side it is? left or right?
5) past history of tuberculosis?
6) Curretly fever?

Answers to these can yield some relevant information, so that we can narrow in to few conditions.

my advice to you is
1) Do not worry or panic. Nothing appears very serious.
2) A it warrants detailed clinical examination, consulting to local surgeon is advisable.
3) There may require investigations of Xray, or Ultrasonography of the mass.
4) kindly reply to the questions above and report if there are othet associated complaints.

Regards
