Brief Answer:
Could be Bartholin's cyst, need pics

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It could be a Bartholin's gland cyst.
Bartholin's glands are small glands situated next to the vagina, and they may get blocked, and the secretions pile up , leading to a cyst.
Antibiotics generally help in treating it, but at times, surgical removal maybe needed.
Then again, it could be a simple sebaceous cyst - blockage of the sweat glands / hair follicles .
Can you upload pictures of the lesion so that I can comment better ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

There is nothing to see but uploaded a photo. No visible cyst just skin with a lump under it. It is between the two fingers in the photo.

Brief Answer:
It might go away on its own, nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
The photo is quite unclear.
BUt it looks like just a small boil ( sebaceous cyst ).
Dont handle the area much.
Avoid touching it.
Keep the area clean.
It might disappear in a weeks' time.
If it does not, you need to consult an OB - GYN, and you would then need antibiotics.
There is nothing to worry, it is just like a boil or pimple anywhere else on the body.
