What Causes A Itchy Rash On The Inner Thigh?

Question: I have a rash on my panty line. It's pink and shiny. It's beginning to irritate me more each day. I've gained a lot of weight and my underwear may have rubbed my inner thigh, but it's only on one side? Please help. Thank you

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fungal infections like Tinea corporis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying.

In such case using ointments or creams containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroids like hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful. This is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin. Use loose underwear also.
