I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

If your Echo And XXXXXXX Angiography are normal, the ache may be related to:
1. Anxiety
2. Palpitations due to any cause like Thyroid Disorder
3. Acid Peptic Disease or Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)

However, to give you a better answer, i need following details:

1. Since when are you suffering from this?
2. At what time do you have these episodes? Continuous? In night? In walking/exertional activity?
3. How is your sleep?
4. Any Palpitations? Anxiety? Stress?
5. Any history of Smoking or Alcohol consumption?
6. Are you overweight?
7. Any history of acidity?
8. Any history of sweating? Flushing?
9. Your Blood Pressure and Blood sugar levels?
10. Any family history of heart disease?
11. Any history of Thyroid disorder?
12. What is your Heart rate? You can check your pulse for 1 minute and then tell me.
13. Please mention if any medications you take for any problem?
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me and revert with the answers of the above questions for a better help.

It started in March. No specific time, anytime anywhere. Pretty good most of the time.Have suffered from anxiety for years. Terrible life, abused, lost a child over twenty yrs ago, been on medicine, never a problem with my heart before March. I smoke. Maybe ten lbs overweight. No history of acidity, ever. Partial hysterectomy, no sweats or flushing.BP and sugar fine. No history of heart disease. P.A. just checked thyroid and should have results tomorrow. Heart rate 66-70.Vitamin E 400 IU. 2 gel stool stofteners a day 100mg each.1 Remifemin daily. 1 fluoxetine daily for anxiety and depression, been on this for years, PA upped my dose from 20mg to 40mg. Buspirone 5 mg twice a day for anxiety, started 4/8/14.Had a very bad day last Friday, heart rumbled all day, very uncomfortable. Have taken nitro twice. Also had 3 "bad" , according to doctors, ekg's since April. Was told, "something is wrong with your heart and we don't know what." Thank you for any input you may have.

Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem to be cardiac

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
You history is suggestive of Anxiety. That can cause such symptoms.
If you have normal ECG's even during the attack of chest pain, any cardiac problem is unlikely.

Moreover, you also got your investigations done, which were normal.
I would advise you following:
1. Going for Relaxation sessions
2. Yoga and Meditation
3. Avoid Buspirone. You may take Etizolam or Clonazepam during Acute Anxiety attacks.

You are unnecessarily worried.
Just relax and live a healthy and happy life.

If you have any further query please ask me else close the discussion and rate it.
Stay healthy.

Three ekg's were irregular ,one so bad they wouldn't let me leave the doctor's office, took me straight to the emergency room. Anxiety has been a part of my life for years and I just started with the heart discomfort in March. It's very uncomfortable, I'm told it's my heart muscle. Perhaps spasms? Why all of a sudden, my life has not changed. I'm quite concerned. Also the sharp pain really hurts.
