Question: Hello, I am a 23 year old female with a lot of medical issues, which have led me to being on pain killers. My current issue is that I haven't had a bowel movement in 6 days. My symptoms are nausea/ vomiting, lower left abdominal pain, dizziness, bloating, and headaches. I tried an enema and it didn't work, what do I do now?

Brief Answer:
Bisacodyl suppository will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

No bowel movements in past 6 days, one of the important cause is Impacted stools in rectum and colon.
Did you have previous such history before?
Did you previously experience pain while passing stools before?

The symptoms that you are experiencing is likely to be due to impacted stools.
As Enema has not helped, I would suggest you to try Bisacodyl Rectal suppository followed by Sodium Phosphate Enema 30 minutes latter.
If still you could not pass stools, would suggest you to consult your physician for further assessment.

Take Care
