Brief Answer:
can be fungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

I would like to ask a few personal questions please, so that I am better able to help.
-Did you use condom or was it unprotected?
-Did the black spots appear after sex or they were present before?
-Does your girlfriend have any problem like white discharge, itching or so?
-Can you attach the photograph with this query? You can with this one.

As per the description you have provided, the dark spots appear to be fungal infection or a sort of dermatitis. From the appearance you have described, these are not cancer or warts. If you can upload a photo of the lesions, so that I can narrow down the diagnosis.

In case of fungal infection, treatment would be simple.
-Clean the area with plain water and keep it dry.
-Apply anti-fungal ointments twice daily.

The skin affected by fungal infection appears shiny after stretching.
If your partner has a problem, both of you need to be treated simultaneously; not to have sexual intercourse till you get better.

Brief Answer:
Looks fungal.

Detailed Answer:
Saw the photographs.
Looks to be fungal dermatitis. Should get OK with anti-fungal cream.
Both the spots are exactly at a position where they would be resting against the scrotal skin.
It is better that you both take anti-fungal tablets orally.

Brief Answer:
not cancer nor hpv nor warts.

Detailed Answer:
Noted history provided by you.
This is correct- if it was hpv it was not the kind that gave sti or genital warts.
IT is sure that it is not cancer nor hpv nor warts.

If these spots are the same for five months, not changed, nothing much to worry.
