Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of water and go for urine examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for any Sexually transmitted infection in you.

After going through your query with complete diligence I reassure you completely that your symptoms are not related to any Sexually transmitted infection.

In general most of Sexually transmitted diseases manifests either a discharge or redness or burning or pain during micturition.

The thread like appearance before urination is due to the prostatic secretions most often, so do not worry about the thread.

If at all you ate worried then can go fo urine examination complete to verify my words.

As this is 50 days since the unprotected intercourse so it is unlikely to see any next infection at this time. Mos of the infection s manifests within 7 days and others in 2 to 3 weeks.

So just go for urine examination and relax yourself. Drink plenty of water and liquids.

I hope these informations will relax your mind. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

About the redness.
Is that at the pee hole or on the head.
Looks as if on the top half of the head is redness. About two thirds the way down to the cap from the pee hole. Not around the pee hole. Does not itch or flake. Thanks. This will be the last question

Brief Answer:
Normal kind of redness due to thin penile skin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

Welcome again and thanks a lot for your follow up. You are most welcome to ask as many as queries and feel free to take any guidance related to your health concerns.

Now for the redness- as in our case there is no itching and burning and without any textural change of flaking or related thing, so appears to be normal kind of redness which all of us males have.

Penile skin is one of thinnest skin in the body. It si such a thin skin that even the blood vessels are directly visible on the skin of glans penis. So these blood vessels are quite too often appreciated as thing of concern and especially after unprotected intercourse where the person is too much anxious.

So in all these case the main guide-way is the discharge or ulceration or textural change in form of any flaking or at-least a typical burning or itching sensation. In your case as you mentioned there are no such changes, which makes you free form any sort of sexaully transmitted infection.

Just relax yourself and do not worry. If at all yo are worried then can go for simple urine examination and for the best confirmation can go for STD profile with battery of tests as soon as you are off the boat. In my opinion all your tests should come negative and show up your healthy and clear status.

I hope these informations will relax your mind. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
