Hi XXXXXXX

There isn't a test that can tell us how long a person has had chlamydia. You may be able to tell by when your symptoms started. This is not entirely accurate, but helpful. Symptoms include: an odor or different discharge, pelvic or lower abdominal pain with a fever, pain during intercourse, painful urination, burning or itching vagina, and painful menstruation. Not all women have symptoms though.

Likely if you started treatment within a few weeks of having any symptoms (usually a foul smelling discharge is what tips women off) then you should be ok.
