I chat with you yesterday. I forget one question:
you said: Bronchoalveolar carcinoma(BAC) can cause similar kind of x ray picture but it is very very rare. So possibility of BAC is unlikely in your case.

BAC happened on non smoker Asian woman more chances, based on what is unlikely in my case , when the x ray picture is similar

BAC usually present as pnrumonic patch which is not clearing by antibiotics.
Fever and weight loss are hallmark for BAC.
So I said that BAC is extremely unlikely in your case.
In medicine, anything can be possible.
But common things occur commonly and we should think about them first.
So your symptoms, x ray picture, incidence of BAC etc are not favouring BAC in you and hence it is extremely unlikely in your case.
