Question: What might be the side effects of taking 300 mg of gabapentin, 40 mg of paroxetine and .5 mg of lorazepam at bedtime?

Could taking them together before bed cause deep sleep and nightmares so as the patient thinks that what happened in the nightmares (dreams) really occurred?

Yes, it can happen

Yes, this can happen. Actually Gabapentin and Lorazepam are sedatives, they can cause sedation and such nightmares.
I would advise you to discuss with your doctor to modify the drugs if you are having this problem. In my opinion, lorazepam should be omitted.
