What Are The Side Effects Of Sudafed?
Question: Does sudafed cause rebound congestion if dosage guidelines are followed? I,have taken 180 mgs within the last 24 hours I e two 30 mgs pills three times between 1:30am and 8:40 pm Sat night? Is sudafed addictive?

Unlike intra nasal decongestant, sudafed doesn't cause rebound congestion. Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) is not an addictive drug.
The maximum allowed dosage of sudafed in a day is 240mg. So you are within a safe limit.
Also, do steam inhalation, try using xylometazoline and oxymetazoline nasal drops and drink plenty of warm water. Avoid coffee/chilled food and beverages.
