Question: Hey DR, I am 26 year married girl. Before marriage my periods were regular but after the marriage in 4th month periods are irregular. Now we are planing for baby but some how its not conceiving from last 4 months we were going to a local DR and she said its because of hormonal imbalance. Last month she suggest 3 "Persinal HP 10000" injections and she said my ultra sound report is perfect for pregnancy but I did not conceive a baby in this month also. And today she said we have to repeat the same procedure for this month. Also she suggest to take "Obimet 500" for 10days. So I just want to know is this procedure is right for me and why I am facing this issue. Also "Persinal HP 10000" and "Obimet 500" is good for me are they have any side effects. What you

Therefore Your doctor is giving right medications to improve your chances of fertility. You can continue the same.

There are no considerable side effects of these medicines if you are under regular monitoring by your doctor.

Meanwhile lose weight if you are overweight.

Get your husband's semen analysis done.

Get HSG (hysterosalpingogram) done to assess tubal patency.

I have already attached my husband report jpg in attachment section(IMG_0000_194457.jpg) can you please check. My Dr not asked me yet for HSG test she said we need to do the same procedure of "Persinal HP 10000" injections for three months. Regarding the weight lost What kind of exercise I can do and which can't do. Can you also let know any other precaution which we need to follow during intercourse or any other?

You need have only 1000 calories per day and exercise atleast 30 min and 5 km walk daily.

There are no particular instructions for Intercourse.

You can get HSG done by requesting your doctor.
