Question: i have been prescribed the following
1. cobadex
2. evion lc
3. obimet sr 500 mg
4. Optisulin

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.

The medicines advised to you for weight management are all right but this carries only small role as far as weight management is concerned.

These medicines will work more if you go for calorie restriction and proper aerobic exercises regime.

If you rely only on medicines for your weight reduction,then you are unlikely to achieve your goal. You must avoid fried foods, sugar,soft drinks,fast foods like pizza,pasta and burger, avoid cakes, pastries and biscuits etc.

You must consume more of green vegetables, salads, fresh fruits and nuts.
For exercises,you must for either brisk walk for 45-60 minutes a day or may be swimming etc. 
Best for you would be to consult a dietician and a physical trainer. They would be able to guide you properly and make you attain your goal of weight reduction.
