Brief Answer:
Needs detailed clinical correlation. Adverse effects may be extensive

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. 100 mg of adderall is a very high dose above recommended doses even for narcolepsy. Now the damages and their lasting effects need to be correlated by a complete physiological, neurological, cardiac, endocrinological and psychological response as a stimulant of that potency and dosage for that long can affect multiple organs. Insomnia, thyroid abnormalities, cardiac abnormalities, eye pressure illnesses like glaucoma, blood pressure and emotional liability are some of the concerns one can have. But hope for the best, consult to an addiction medicine expert and detoxification and abstinence of use in future will make sure you son's symptoms improve. Get him to a doctor and let them fully evaluate him before commenting on lasti g effects any further.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
