Question: My wife forgot to take familon pill three days in a row, today is the forth day. She usually takes the pills at bedtime. Now we don't know what to do. Please help. She took the first pill of the month on 1st oct after periods.

If the pill is missed for 3 days in a row, then the contraception is hampered.
There is no use of taking rest of the tablets in this cycle.
You both can use condoms for contraception in this cycle.
The tablets should be restarted from the first day of next periods.
