Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It's highly unlikely to have any anomaly with expired vitamin C.
The expired supplements are having less effects and if any side effect occurs then it is most commonly diarrhea and vomiting.

For routine anomaly scan, it can be done at 18 weeks of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if i can assist you further.
