Brief Answer:
Normal sperms count should be more than 15 million/ml

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Noted the result of given semen analysis.
As per WHO recommendation, in order to get conceived the following parameters of the semen should be as follows:
1. Sperms count : More than 15 million/ml
2. Sperm motility: Rapid progressive motility (Grade A) + Sluggish progressive motility (Grade B)
Normal motility should be 50% or more with Grade A+B /25% or more with Grade A
3. Semen pH should be between 7.2 and 7.8
4. At least 30% of cells should be of normal shape according to the WHO (world health organization)
Since the result shows the presence of 3-5 pus cells and 2-4 Red blood cells, it is suggestive of some infection which needs to be treated with an appropriate course of antibiotics.
Besides taking medications you should avoid taking alcohol (if you are consuming) and smoking. Take healthy diet with fruits and vegetables.
I think it is good to repeat the test after one month of antibiotic therapy
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
Regards.
