What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Late Periods And Negative UPT?
Question: hello Doc
my LMP date was 9/04/2014. and i still dont get my periods. I did urine pregnancy test severl time it come positive when i did 2nd time on 15/05/14 before 15th it is -ve and after 15th may i did it 10-12 times it is still -ve, Blood BHCG test is also -ve 2.25 level. I did 5 week USG, and nothing is observe in it. my doc give me GYNASET 5mg thrice a day, 3 days was completed yesterday but their is no symptoms like cramp etc. I am very much worried what can i do? please help me. I am pregnant or not? can these medicine affect BHCG level.

Thanks for writing.
If repeated tests including beta hcg is negative then you are not pregnant.
It will take 5-6 days after stopping gynaset sometimes more to get your period.
As ultrasound was also normal no need to worry.take tab meftal spas for cramps.
Occasionally women have these types of cycles where pregnancy is negative and period delayed.
If this occurs often then you may need To do a blood test for thyroid dysfunction.
