If her menses started the next day of intercourse then there was actually no need to give an unwanted 72 as she would have been safe anyhow, simply because endometrium would be shed during menses and there will not be any implantation and hence no pregnancy. However now that you have given her the high dose progesterone pill, her menses may even stop for few days or reduce and become scanty and can restart after 4-5 days again. bUt in any case she would be pregnancy safe.

No she would not get pregnant. Please do not give her any other medication. Just allow the flow to continue and just to be doubly sure you may undertake a serum beta hcg test for her after 7 days. If the hcg levels are below 3mIU then for sure she is not pregnant.
