Brief Answer:
Go for IUI soon
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns about infertility.
Following is my reply:
1) Since you are already 35 years old, you should be hurrying with the pregnancy attempt as wasting more time is not good.
2) Since you have had first baby with the help of IUI, I suggest you go ahead with IUI soon even for this pregnancy.
3) Meanwhile get semen analysis done for your husband.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Brief Answer:
You can contact me
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
34 years is little on higher side and it is difficult to have natural conception and I don't want you to waste anymore time. Siphene might work but cant be said for sure.
Your husband needs to be counselled and you need to be evaluated for ovarian reserve.
