Brief Answer:
Risk is very low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Chance of acquiring HIV from cunnilingus or kissing is very low. But in case of sores in vagina and mouth there is slight risk. Still it is low. There are no cases reported like that also.
Other STDs like syphilis , chlamydia , gonorrhea and hepes are posssible to spread through this way. You can go for a STD panel test to rule out this. But usually it takes 1 month to get a sensitive result for these. If you have any symptoms like rashes or pain on urethra or discharge then you can consult your GP and take prophylactic antibiotics like Doxycycline which will covers all bacterial STDs.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Thank you for your follow up.

Yes , you have to wait for 1 month to go for STD tests which will have sensitive results. It is better to do a std panel test for assurance even if there are no symptoms. You can do this test in all major diagnostic labs. Thyrocare lab is one of it which has around 15 branches in XXXXXXX
