Brief Answer:
Oral pills advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Regesterone is a safe drug and thus can be taken every cycle as the effect on body goes null and void after periods.
But instead of taking regesterone start taking oral contraceptive pills which will regulate your periods along with that will give you contraceptive advantage and protection from endometrial cancer.
Using oral pills will make your cycle predictable and thus a big relief from counting the months of missed periods.
Moreover prolonged interval of missed periods over years can predispose to endometrial cancer.
So visit your gynecologist for a prescription of oral pills and make it a routine.
Take care
