Hi
Vitamin D levels should be 20ng/ml(50 nmol/L) for overall health. As you are having less Vitamin D,you should take it by foods like tunafish, whole egg etc which contain it .
You also take Vitamin D in tablet form.
Regarding gastric problem, peptic ulcer is caused mainly by Helicobacter pylori infection.Other factors like spicy food will aggravate the condition.
You should be investigated with Upper GI endoscopy to know any disease in the stomach, duodenum and also Ultrasound abdomen.
You take small frequent feeds.
Take high protein diet.
Please take Rabeprazole along with prokinetic agent like Itopride.
Hope i had answered your query.
If you have any doubts,i will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Awaiting your response
