Question: I am addict to vasograin it leads to headache if miifed how to get rid please

I am 28 year old and taking vasograin from a long time and now I am also having high bp and I have become addict to vasograin all my KFT and LFT are normal ecocardiograhy normal please treat and advice

Migraine is a primary headache and is mostly episodic. In case of chronic migraine with regular headache migraine prophylaxis is indicated.
Vasograin is for abortive therapy of migarine and is not indicated for continuous intake and may lead to various side effects like Muscle cramps, stiffness, tiredness. Numbness and tingling of extremities.
You should consult a neurologist who can prescribe you migraine prophylaxis like beta blockers, flunarizine, topiramate, valproate.
Gradually you will get relief in your migraine.

Vasograin causes vasoconstriction and may lead to hypertension but overuse or ergotism leads to hypotension.
Also regular use may lead to medication overuse headache.
You need to get evaluated by neurologist for prophylaxis treatment.
