What Causes Headaches With Episodes Of Dizziness And Nausea?

I had chronic migraines the entire year and a half that I breastfed and 6 weeks straight when my child weaned. Three months later I still have some milk, and I ve been having headaches and episodes of dizziness and nausea. Is it possible that those symptoms are related to hormonal changes from weaning? For how long after weaning could hormonal changes still happen?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary checking prolactin plasma levels in order to be sure that everything is OK. Consulting with a neurologist is necessary for a physical exam.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
