Question: i want to know how to purify the kidney as some time i get pain in my back side i f fear that i have kidney issue i want to know any way to get ride of the any toxin in kidneys

Thanks for your query.

You dont specially need to clean the kidneys as they themselves are meant for cleaning the body.

You should not drink too much of water to clean the body either as it not scientifically proven . On the contrary , excess water intake is an unusable load in the kidneys and results in sudden increase in blood pressure which is proven by several studies.

Back ache doesn't always mean kidney problem. Please let me know the details about your back pain so that I am better able to help you.

hi greeting

i get pain in backside at both corner so i feel that is an kidney stones issue... :'(
and in morning my eyes get swollen up now it reduced i m following healthy diet
