Brief Answer:
seems to be siusitis with otitis media.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having head-ache with ear pain. I would like to you ask few more details.
Is there any post nasal drip (sinus secretions tricking back into throat) ?
Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be sinusitis causing Eustachian tube dysfunction or ear drum infection. Severe form of sinusitis, can complicate ear drum infection (acute suppuration otitis media) secondary to Eustachian tube dysfunction.

I suggest you to follow the measures, to overcome your head-ache.

Need ent evaluation to see status ear drum (otoscopy-retracted/congested), details ent examination (extension of sinusitis), if necessary audiometry (to see Eustachian tube dysfunction). Ear pain indicates some form of inflammation, requires oral and aural antibiotics.

Mean time, do steam inhalation, avoid water per ear during bath (plug it with dry cotton), take over the counter anti -allergic medication like tab.cetrizine 10 mg at bed time daily at bed time and paracetamol 650 mg (dolo 650 mg) for head-ache.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
