Brief Answer:
need to take antidepressant

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Thank you for your query.

It is common to have depression in person who is malnourished particularly in female.
So we need to address depression first as in depression weight loss is common and for you weight is important at present.

In your case particularly nor epinephrine and serotonin antagonist medication named Mirtazepine helps you to come out from depression and also cause weight gain.

Mirtazepine is particularly a anti depressant which acts on both nor epinephrine and serotonin receptors, by antagonizing both receptors it increase both neurotransmitters. It is a prescription med. So you cannot get it until you are seen and examined by a doctor locally.

Also, make sure you have had a full physical from your doctor. Other diseases and hormonal issues like Hyperthyroidism can prevent you from gaining weight. So make sure all your blood work and physical health issues have been examined.

Continue exercise regularly as it will improved your mood and health.

Thank you
