Suggest Treatment To Improve Egg Quality
Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 33 year old I don’t have children. We decided to go for IVF. It’s noticed during blood test that my AMH is low. I am also rheumatoid Arthritis Patient.
I don’t want to go for donor egg. At least my egg qualities are good I have some hopes.
Is it possible to improve the quality of egg?

Hi,
I understand your concerns about low AMH.
AMH cannot be very low at your age. It is possible that AMH report could be wrong.
Hence I suggest you get Antral Follicle Count checked by transvaginal ultrasound scan to see the number of eggs.
These eggs can be counted by ultrasound scan and seen if the count is really so low.
If count is low by scan also, then you will have to hurry with IVF soon. There is no medicine to increase number of eggs or quality of eggs.
