Brief Answer:
Treatment of weeping eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
Best way to treat weeping eczema is to go for condy's compresses with potassium permanganate solution ( 1:10,000). Apart from this apply a steroid antibiotic combination cream on the eczematous patches and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
