Brief Answer:
Explained in details.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

His CBC, ESR, Liver function test, kidney function test, Iron and other parameters, electrolytes, lipid profile, calcium, uric acid, thyroid function test are normal.

He has vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 deficiency. So for that he need to take Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 supplements. Exposure to sunlight light is also useful in Vitamin D3 deficiency.

His average sugar is borderline so he need to check it again after 3 month. Diet control and exercise will help in reducing his sugar level. Drugs are not required at this stage.

Second file

Her CBC, ASO, liver function test, kidney function test, iron and other parameters, electrolytes, lipid profile, calcium, uric acid, CPK, cortisol, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, thyroid function tests are normal.

Her ESR and CRP are slightly high and it suggest some inflammation. IgE level is high that suggest some allergy. ACE level is slightly high that can be due to sarcoidosis or due some insignificant reason and it need clinical correlation with symptoms and clinical examination.

LDH is also slightly high but not much significant.

Her average blood sugar is borderline and need retesting after 3 month. Again diet control and exercise is sufficient at this stage to reduce sugar level.

Hope I have answered your questions. Please tell me about your symptoms for any further clarification on abnormal results. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Explained in details.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

First of all

He has Vitamin B12 deficiency. For that he can take injection Vitcofol or similar. He can take injection on alternate day and then weekly and then monthly.

For Vitamin D deficiency tab lumia 60K can be taken. It contains 60000 units of vitamin D. It should be taken once a week for 6 to 8 week.

Both are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Your panniculitis/TB, sacroiliatits, and allergic bronchitis.

So ESR, CRP LDH rise is common in inflammation. Your high IgE level is due to allergic bronchitis. So all findings are due to your other illness.

There is nothing to worry about cancer from this reports. There is no sign of cancer in any reports. So just be relaxed for that. Continue your treatment for other illnesses.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Explained in details.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There is no well defined medical terminology like disoriented immunity. However it may be some immune disorder.

You have sinus tract but there is no any foreign material found in ultrasound. So it's not due to any suture material. However there is mild umbilical hernia and that may leads to some discomfort.

Your altered ecogenecity suggest some inflammation in subcutaneous fat. As such there is no any risk of cancer in your case.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
