Suggest Treatment For Upper Right Back Pain And Headache

Question: It started with headache and upper right back pain. Then progressed to claminess and diarehea, which went from runs to burning acid. Afraid to eat and resultrd in hemmoroids. Passed rubbery rope like stool today and feel a bit better. After seeing it I am concerned it is a parasite? Can this happen? How do i get better? It had been about Three weeks now. Ps I had Breast Cancer two years ago and am taking Letrozole.
