Brief Answer:
URI, CAUSES EARACHE

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Symptoms indicate that the Child is suffering with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection with some otitis media.
URI causes lot of irritation to the baby and very common is earache.(because of the congestion and some infection in the middle ear cavity).
Can be treated with antihistaminic and decongestant drug along with paracetamol like syrup sinarest. In my opinion antibiotic of amoxycillin-clavlunic acid group to be used as earache is an indicator of infection in the middle ear cavity.
All medicine to be used with proper recommended doses and duration according to the weight of the child.
Analgesic ear drops like otogesic ear drops to be poured both the ears frequently and sos to get the earache relief .
Nasal decongestant drops also to be poured to relieve the nasal blockage so that baby can breath effortlessly and comfortably.
Some steam inhalation will also work.
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for the further clarification.
Thanks.
