Suggest Treatment For Upper Back And Neck Pain
Question: Hi
I am suffering from upper back and neck pain which causes severe headache almost every second day. Also when I wake up in the morning I feel lots of stiffness around neck area. It can happen any side and keeps moving from right side or left side. Also headache happens only when there is stiffness in neck and upper back muscles.
This pain even glean to arms and legs as well. kindly suggest what could be the cause as I have visited many doctors in last 4-5 years but of no use.

I have gone through your question, in my opinion you are suffering from cervical spondylitis, kindly go for x Ray cervical spine, and MRI,till than avoid pillow, take muscle relaxant like thiochochicoside, do physiotherapy and do hot fomentations.

In past I have done the x rays but not MRI but there were no sign of cervical spondylitis. If MRI can bring better result I will do it.
