Question: no sweating can breathe upper abdominal pain heartburn or heartattack pain I no they can be similar

I read your query and understood your concerns.

Although heart burn and chest pain are similar, they have some different characteristics which help to differentiate them.
1. Chest pain related to heart attack last between 5 -30 minutes and is relieved by nitroglicerine and is accompanied by Ecg changes.

2. Heart burn may last for hours even days is relieved by antacids and PPI and is accompanied by a normal Ecg.
