Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Get a plain CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) Scan done. This will help diagnose whether there is any sinusitis and if it is due to the dental problems. Usually, the mid upper teeth are closely related with the floor of the maxillary sinuses.

2. Chronic sinusitis may be the cause for the sinus problems which would cause the stuffiness in the face and also tinnitus due to Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD). This tube connects and ventilates the middle ear and the nose.

3. Get an Impedance Audiogram to check for ETD. A hearing test (PTA-Pure Tone Audiogram) is also important, since you have ear fullness, dizziness and tinntus that increases at times. Early Meniere's Disease must be ruled out.

4. Meniere's disease is diagnosed on the following criteria:
a. Vertigo
b. Fluctuating hearing loss
c. Tinnitus
d. Fullness in the ear
There is usually nausea and vomiting, the hearing usually worsens during an attack and the tinnitus also Increases. Earache is not a usual symptom.

5. Dental caries (decay, local infection) may also cause TMJ (TemporoMandibular Joint) spasm. Check if your tinnitus increases when you clench your teeth. You should get your dental treatment done as soon as possible.

I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
